SHAFAQNA (Shia News Association)— f you’ve ever heard the word “speechless”, it was our first reaction when we’ve seen this devilish Aventador refined by the renowned tuners from Mansory. A few months ago another version of this upgrade program was presented at the Geneva Motor Show but this one is a radical improvement from that car.
Based on the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, this monster of machinery embodies a huge load of carbon fiber, way more than its predecessor, and it was named by Mansory “Carbonado” even though they sometimes refer to it as the “Black Diamond”.
The stock Lambo Aventador uses a lot of lightweight and strong carbon fiber, but the Mansory Carbonado beats it by a mile. They’ve replaced almost all the exterior panels of the car with another carbon fiber pattern. The super-tough material can be found in the car’s front fenders, side sills, hood, quarter panels, large rear wing, in the rear apron with integrated diffuser and in the front bumper fascia. In addition, the guys at Mansory have changed the engine compartment covers and the roof with replicas crafted from, you guessed it, carbon fiber. Thus, the car has gotten 50 mm wider above the rear axle and 40 mm wider on the front axle.
The interior was adorned with fine leathers, on the dashboard and seats, and has been endowed with non-slip aluminum pedals, a brand new sports steering wheel with an in-built airbag and a load of other trims and pieces. Furthermore, it sits on brand new ultra-light forged rims, with carbon fiber inlays, measuring 13.0 x 21 at the rear and 9.0 x 20 at the front, wrapped in HA 345/25 ZR21 tires and respectively VA 255/30 ZR20.
In terms of performance, this car is a pure sonic bang! Mansory have installed a high-performance sports exhaust system, and, obviously, remapped the car’s engine management system. The progress is somewhat evident, considering that the stock version delivers 690 HP (515 kW) at 8,250 RPM and 690 Nm (510 lb-ft) of torque, while the Carbonado boasts with an output of 743 HP (555 kW) at 8,300 RPM and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque.
All in all, the performance figures of this car are simply staggering – it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a whopping 2.8 seconds, and it won’t stop until it reaches a top speed of 355 km/h (221 mph). The sad part is that only 6 demons like this will be manufactured. Pity!—www.shafaqna.com/english
